We're flexible and happy to accommodate you (so you're welcome to just email us to get started if you prefer), but we have designed a simple process that our couples have enjoyed. It starts with an easy online form you fill out, followed by a scheduled phone consultation where we'll provide you with an estimate, and email follow up to hone in into your overall vision and budget. By the time we meet for the first time, we are ready to discuss ideas and options that are aligned with your needs, so we make the best use of your time, while delivering the most beautiful results. 1- Check if We're available for your date

The first thing to do, is to make sure we're available for your date. To find out, you just need to scroll down on this page and fill out the "Quick Availability Check" form, or give us a call. As much as we would love to help all the lovely couples who contact us, we limit the number of events we can tend to each weekend, so that our high quality standards and attention to details is not compromised. Some dates fill up faster than others, so the sooner you plan, the better.

Step 2 - Tell us More

Once we know we're available for your wedding date (yay!), we need to know more about your plans, likes, dislikes, color palette, etc... You can share that information on a quick phone call, or by filling out the "Request An Estimate" form you will find by scrolling down on this page. The more we know about you wedding, the more accurate your estimate will be. Every piece of information and details helps, but if you want to keep it straight to the point for starters, it's fine too. You will receive a broader estimate range and we can dive into all the details on our first meeting.

Step 3 - Receive Your Estimate

Once we know more about your wedding, you'll  receive an estimate for your wedding flowers. It's not a pricing proposal yet, as we need to discuss details with you to be able to give you a precise proposal that takes into account everything that you need, including all the details. You can skip straight to a consultation if you are working with no budget limit, but most clients usually find it helpful to have an idea of the necessary budget before having to meet with us for an hour. It'll also help us both define if we are a good fit to work together.

Step 4 - Schedule Your Consultation

Now that you have an idea of the price range for your wedding flowers, and we have a good idea of what you are looking for, it's time to schedule a consultation so we can get into all the details of your wedding flowers. After this meeting, we'll provide you with a precise proposal that is tailored specifically for your needs.

Step 5 - Reserve Your Date

Once you have reviewed your proposal and requested any adjustments desired, it's time to book your date. Because our dates fill up fast, each proposal is good for 15 days. Once you book your date, if necessary, we will schedule a second meeting to make you a sample of your centerpiece and discuss final details. We will be available to you throughout the entire process should you have any questions, concerns, or change of heart about your flowers. We always want to make sure you are happy with our services and the final results we deliver on your wedding day.
